Car Attack in Jerusalem Leaves 9 Injured
A Palestinian car driver appears to have deliberately crashed into a bus stop at the entrance to Jerusalem on Monday, leaving at least nine people injured, an Israeli police spokesman said.
TEL AVIV (Sputnik) — The accident, qualified by police as a terrorist attack, continues a series of almost daily attacks that have left 19 Israelis dead and more than 200 injured over the past three months.
According to the police, the attack was carried out by a Palestinian man who was subsequently shot and killed. Those injured in the attack were taken to hospitals.
